I asked for several estimates from local roofers at once. Affordable Pro Roofing was the first to come out and the first to give me an estimate. Their price was very competitive and I'm very pleased with their work. They completed my entire roof in one day, did a very nice job of cleaning up, and my roof looks great!

Yes you do have to wait week or little more but its because Dave's workmanship is the best and is very reasonable thats why they always have full schedule! I've had problems with roof leaking , 2 years old any roofer says they can get you in tomorrow is slow because their skills suck.. anyone good there is a wait unfortunately, but in my experience i want it done right 1st time rather then have people come out take my money and state they will be back if doesnt fix problem and not return and keep my money. Then im stuck paying some one else again. Dave comes back if problem isnt fixed. Keeps his word and runs legitimate roofing business. A lot of jokers out there now adays know nothing and just take money.. Daves the only one who could fix my roof problem properly 1st time.. my girlfriends parents in coralville had same problem roofers installed new roof and leaked and didnt stand by work and had several people out looking at it and paid them , Daves the only one who fixed problem out of 8 companys. Affordable knows their stuff and is professional!

I talked to the owner last week to get an estimate, and the same day he was able to look at my roof, and give me an estimate. He was cheaper than the other estimates I acquired, so I decided to go with them. The new roof looks awesome, and they did a really good job of cleaning everything up. The crew showed up on time, and got to work right away. By the time I got off work, they were gone, and everything was completely finished. Great work at a great price!

Great job! Dave is a great guy and very easy to deal with. We suffered hail damage and his crew was able to get on it and get it done quickly. They did a great job getting it done in a day and having it all cleaned up. Roof and gutters look great. It was nice not having to find another company to do the gutters. One stop shopping. Affordable Pro Roofing and Construction installed a new roof,skylight,siding. and gutters and downspouts after 2 serious storms caused much damage to our home in 2020. Dave worked with our insurance company to negogiate a better settlement for damages. The teams were on time and efficient, and very helpful and professional. Jose was in charge of the siding team and made sure the siding job was complete and done correctly. I recommend this company and would use them again. Affordable Pro Roofing offers absolutely unbelievable speed, high quality workmanship and service! Roofing crew arrived at a 6:45 in the morning and started started tearing off by 7. They were gone before 3 the same afternoon beating the winter storm and the cold weather. I went to work in the morning and when I got home that afternoon everything was perfect, completely cleaned up and just as I had left it except for I had a brand new roof on my house. Absolutely amazed with the speed and quality of the work that was done.

My roof was not damaged as badly as many in the derecho so I chose to let those with much bigger issues to go first. I asked Affordable Pro to contact me when they had an opening to replace my roof. Done in a day! Great crew who worked hard and did a wonderful job including a thorough clean up when complete. I highly recommend these folks if you need replacement or repair of your homes' roof.

A previous contractor was scheduled for replacing the roof on my detached garage but left me hanging and then ended up backing out of the job stating that the job was not large enough for them to take. Numerous other companies said the same thing. Affordable Pro responded to my need very quickly, provided an estimate, and completed the work in an impressive turnaround time!
